I am honored to have been invited to speak at the International Learning Association (ILA) Women Leadership Conference in beautiful Monterey in June. Both topics I spoke about were very meaningful to me and resonated well with the audience. I did a 6 mns – TED Talk like- on our “Personal Definition of Work-Life Balance” and an even more personal talk on “Defining Moments”. I am grateful for the warm feed-back and responses from the audience. I also loved the stories that were shared in response to my invitation to reflect on the topic.
