It was an adventure! And I am grateful for every minute of this amazing experience. A client of mine, based in MEA asked me to design and facilitate 3 days offsite for his leadership team. Given that the 20 leaders are based across the MEA region, beautiful Masai-Mara in Kenya was quite a natural choice for them, although for most, it was only their first trip to this incredible part of Africa. And for 3 days, we alternated morning or evening safaris with productive and effective working time! And here is a picture of our meeting room A real treat for all of us.
