I am glad I enrolled in IPEC newly developed Masters coaching program, in the Leadership niche, of course.  The program has proven extremely sound and cutting edge.  I earned my certifications after submitting the final project in February. It is also nice that the program, like IPEC initial coaching training is ICF accredited and will deliver 30 earned credits, that will go towards my next ICF certification.
