Hogan Assessment is a rich tool and the certification workshop was equally intense. The fact that it took in Portland along the Willamette river on 2 sunny days added a very nice touch to this deep immersive experience. I am really happy that it is now part of my coaching tool-box and that moving forward, I can interpret the HPI, HDS and MVPI reports for my clients. Being a coach is also a long-life learning journey and this is certainly something to be grateful for.
