My biggest team facilitation so far and a very rewarding experience.

One of my client, a very inspiring and authentic leader wanted to bring her entire team (about 80 people) together for a 2 days retreat and chose Walla-Walla Washington as a venue. The team had significantly grown over the last 6 months; welcoming 35 people across their 4 locations in Washington and Oregon My client decided to dedicate one day to leadership development and I was delighted when she asked me to design and facilitate it. The group was delightful to work with and remained engaged through the entire day. I can’t wait for the next opportunity to work with another great group of that size.
